Normally mainly used by the military, the new machine is at the cutting edge of technology and is used by the SAS, Royal Navy, firemen and rugby players to ensure superlative fitness. |

Jeff Anderson, Managing Director of BODYTECH HEALTH CLUBS has appointed local Chester man- Stuart Mackintosh as manager of the health and fitness club located Ketlan Court in Saltney, Chester. (Formerly the Oasis Health & Fitness Club). Originally from Orange County, Los Angeles, 25-year old Stuart moved to the UK as a child and lives near Northop Hall. He has 7 years experience in the health and fitness industry and enjoys running, cycling and swimming as relaxation. He is qualified as a Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer, and teaches many aspects of health and fitness, including free-weights, at the purpose-built premises. |
